My time as Finance Assistant at The Reader Organisation was an enormously satisfying experience. I was granted a wide range of duties in a hugely responsible role, from accounting duties and preparing funding bids to carrying out research and supporting the Business Manager with ad hoc projects as required. The environment is friendly, down-to-earth yet highly professional and even inspiring, with every member of staff completely dedicated to their role; I was also proud to be involved with a unique charity serving some of the most deprived groups in society. I have since secured a place as a trainee accountant with a Big 4 accounting firm, and I am certain that the valuable experience and diverse skill set I developed at The Reader Organisation helped me to secure this position.”
